AfricanChampions Part Ways With More Technical Staff

Mamelodi Sundowns have parted ways with yet another member on the club’s technical bench.

Siya sources have revealed that the club’s Director of Football, Mike Ntombela, has reportedly left Masandawana and it has been several weeks since he was last seen at the club.

“The last time I saw him was before the first-leg against Zamalek. I haven’t seen him since,” the source revealed.

Ntombela is not the first member to have left the club in the early stages of the 2016/17 PSL campaign, Sundowns recently revealed that they had parted ways with Angelo Tsichlas, who was the club’s technical advisor.

Now the Siya crew can confirm, from more than one source, that Ntombela is no longer offering his services at the Brazilians.

“I heard that Mike is no longer with the club, but you didn’t hear it from me,” another source told the Siya crew.

The Siya crew was unable to get hold of Ntombela for an official comment on the matter after making several attempts.
